UML Meeting: Justin and Meghan
Students for UML need to form a group and tell outline the plan, no word from these students


Liz insurance issues: review of insurance policies


Erin -coaches, launches 


Alex Haney- Dottie spoke with him for over an hour this fall in regards to UML rowing and he did nothing, no reply


Dottie- sent outstanding bill to Justin -he got this $225.00 each x 9 students 2,025.00
with payment then necessary for coach at cost per session- cost basically evened out though slight loss for us


Justin launch $300/day undoable for us

Must maintain launches for high school

DPW tow to marina to work on these launches?
Erging: Kate Ford would write user agreement for this

We donated 2-3 ergs with the understanding we could use these ergs 


UML wants to sell some boats


Matt and KC will collaborate on programs, regatta cooperation, quite interested in Festival
KC Will donate many rowers to assist
Festival cost analysis last year = a loss as new expenses with janitorial fees, EMT, ambulance
15th 2025 =Father’s Day, 22nd June? Need to avoid regattas in June on Charles & ensure worth doing


Coxes- Need people to be over 18 for insurance purposes
